1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Sri Kamakshithayi Packers and Movers you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Provision of Services

We provide professional packing, moving, loading, and unloading logistics services across India. The exact scope of our service will be determined by the quotation provided to you prior to the execution of the move.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for moving illegal, hazardous, or perishable items.
• Customers must ensure they have full ownership or authority over the goods being relocated.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All initial quotations are estimates based on the inventory list and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual volume of goods, access conditions, or moving distance differs significantly from the original estimate on the day of the move.

4. Insurance and Liability

While we guarantee the utmost care in handling your belongings (as per our Transport Guarantee), we highly recommend purchasing our comprehensive transit insurance for protection against unforeseen events like accidents or natural disasters during transit.

Our liability for damage to un-insured goods is limited to the terms specified in the final contract signed before the move begins.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled moving date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for any advance payments will be processed within 5-7 business days, deducting applicable charges.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
